I completed the Ohio University's Master of Engineering Management (MEM) program.  Ohio University is ranked 63rd among public universities.  Among all 4,599 colleges in the US, OU is ranked 129, putting it among the upper 2% range.  Ohio University is the 9th oldest college in the U.S. (founded in 1804), and its engineering programs are ABET-accredited.  It has about 39,000 students enrolled in total.  I had a 3.8 GPA, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors based on GPA, and am a member of the Alpha Pi Mu Industrial Engineer Honor Society.  The MEM program is quality-focused, and the following classes are part of its program: Engineering Statistics, Six Sigma, Engineering Leadership, Information Systems Engineering, Database Information Systems, Engineering Writing, Project Management, Engineering Law, Foundations of Engineering Management, Engineering Management Project (Capstone).  OU MEM Transcript

This course, provided by Prof. Jeanne Liedtka at the University of Virginia via Coursera, focused on the concepts of Design Thinking.  It is an innovative approach to solution development and focuses on these 10 concepts: Visualization, Journey Mapping, Value Chain Analysis, Mind Mapping, Brainstorming, Concept Development, Assumption Testing, Rapid Prototyping, and Customer Co-Creation.

 Usable Security, University of Maryland (via Coursera)

   This course was offered by the University of Maryland, taught by Prof. Jennifer Golbeck, and focused on HCI, usable security, usability, mental and psychological models, design methodology, usability studies, iterative design, password systems, two-factor authentication and other alternative schemes, biometrics, tracking, anonymous browsing, secure browsing, personal data sharing, privacy policies, and personal trait inference.

Contract Law, HarvardX (Harvard University online - via EdX)
This course, From Trust to Promise to Contract, was provided by HarvardX (Harvard University online) and taught by Prof. Charles Fried, the Beneficial Professor of Law at Harvard Law School.  He has also been the Solicitor General of the United States and argued 25 cases in front of the Supreme Court. Fried was also an Associate Justice of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts and has authored many law books (Anatomy of Values, Right and Wrong, Modern Liberty, Contract as Promise, Making Tort Law, and Saying Where the Law Is: The Constitution in the Supreme Court), in addition to more than 30 journal articles.  This class focused on Principles, Complications, Empty Bag, Offer/Acceptance, Law at the Margins, Mistakes (mutual v. unilateral), Fraud, Frustration, Remedies and Specific Performance, and Third Parties, among other matters dealing with contractual obligations.

2000-2002 - Northern Kentucky University.  Major: Information systems.  GPA: 3.85 (out of 4.0).  Scholar's list.

1991-1993 - Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.  52 credit hours.  Dean's list.  Major: Electro-mechanical engineering.  GPA: 3.67 (out of 4.0).  Transcript.

1999 - Completed 16 weeks in the Associate Supervisor Training Program.  This training, which included 192 hours in-class and 448 hours on-the-job, was recognized by the American Council on Education as having transferable college credit, and covered a broad range of ideas (e.g., workforce performance, motivational factors, EEO, handling diverse situations, etc.).

1996 - Present.  Have taken numerous online classes at the US Postal Service (and at Gov Online), dealing with Internet security, databases, MS Office, etc. 

1994 - Apass Weikel Institute.  Course study: Real estate.  Received real estate license.  (Also, took several real estate continuing education classes: Case Law, Agency Update, Fair Housing, Ethical Situations, Real Estate Law, etc., which were sponsored by the Kentucky Real Estate Education Foundation.)  Attended many classes related to real estate investment as well.

1986 - Graduated high school.  Received college scholarship for ACT scores.
